PS (Folks, don;t hold your breath for Mike to come over and save you on your botched remodel. He's at the next level of his career and it doesn't include you. Homeowners will have to take responsibility for the situations they get themselves into on a home improvement project. Get some basic construction knowledge, do your homework on your project and go by your gut feelings about the Contractor in Ottawa because he's also checking you out.
